Because the products are all small and precise parts, a lot of labor force is required in testing. Although modernization is advocated and automatic detection is realized, at present, manual detection accounts for a large part. The reason is that automation requires a large amount of investment, and the product line needs a long time, while 3C products are updated very quickly. It takes a few months from the development of a product to the end of mass production, and the product line is not long. If full automation is used, the equipment parameters are adjusted and replaced frequently, which is not economical for enterprises, But the trend of automation in the future is unstoppable.
