The manufacturing process of compressor parts is not complicated, but it is not easy to be meticulous:

4. Sintering: when using mesh belt furnace for sintering, attention should be paid to the sintering temperature, sintering speed, gas flow, etc. The sintered products need to be tested for appearance, size and hardness.

5. Finishing: valve plate products need finishing treatment. The tonnage of the finishing press is higher than that of the forming press. Pay attention to the finishing speed and pressure. After finishing, check whether the appearance and size meet the standard.
