Many small precision combined parts can be manufactured by MIM process in automobiles. Generally, combined parts are manufactured by forging, precision casting and other methods, resulting in high cost, low precision and poor economic benefits. When adopting the MIM process, it can improve the production efficiency, improve the accuracy, save materials, reduce processes and reduce costs.

The electronically controlled gasoline injector on the automobile engine is composed of more than 20 parts, of which the magnetic circuit structure of the injector is composed of iron core, armature, magnetic conductor, guide body and other parts, all of which are made of soft magnetic alloy materials.

The parts manufactured by MIM technology with iron based nanocrystalline soft magnetic powder are compared with the traditional gasoline fuel injector, and the comprehensive performance of the fuel injector manufactured by MIM injection molding technology is improved.
