Laparoscopic surgical scissors open the operation mode from "laparotomy" to "keyhole minimally invasive". The structure is composed of blade, hook and brake. The scissors and handle can be completed by MIM process and are made of 17-4PH stainless steel powder.

This kind of scissors is composed of spiral gear and two single scissors blades. In spiral gear processing, MIM technology can reflect the cost performance ratio. Compared with the spiral gear manufactured by cutting, the cost of MIM spiral gear can be reduced by 80%.

The formed sintered blade is straight, and the blade also needs heat treatment and aging treatment. The customer needs to shape the blade to the required curvature with an elbow bar press, and the blade is also the customer's subsequent processing.

The requirements for making this part by MIM process: ensure that the density is not less than 7.5g, the yield strength is not less than 966MPA, and the ultimate tensile strength is not less than 1069MPA.

Functions of laparoscopic surgical scissors: These scissors can be used for cutting, cauterizing and coagulating in minimally invasive heart surgery, general surgery and plastic surgery.
