The bearing cover is completed through such processes as brushing, machining, washing, GP12, oil spraying and packaging, as shown in the figure:

Function of bearing cover:

The function of bearing end cap is to fix the bearing axially and to protect the bearing from damage caused by dust entering the bearing. The bearing end cover is fixed on the bearing seat or bearing chamber. If it is fixed on the shaft, the seal diameter will increase and it is difficult to seal
