1. The cycloidal internal and external rotor pump has few parts, low noise, high speed and smooth movement, but the flow pulsation is large when the number of teeth is small

1. The pressure of the involute internal gear pump is higher than that of the cycloidal type, with low noise and high efficiency (up to 90%).

2. The tooth profile of the rotor reaches 0.04, the product height tolerance is 0.008, the parallelism is 0.008, and the flatness is 0.005,

The process capability of the double-sided grinding equipment is required to be high.
