For example, the utilization rate of raw materials for the metal shell of LeTV MAX mobile phone is less than 10%, and most of the aluminum alloys become debris. MIM can greatly improve the utilization rate of raw materials, which is 100% theoretically.

4. Structural parts with highly complex structure can be formed

Generally, the tolerance accuracy of ± 0.5% can be achieved with MIM, and higher dimensional accuracy can be achieved with other processing methods. Basically, all structures that can be realized by injection mold can be applied to MIM.

It is pollution-free and can realize continuous mass clean production. It is a near net forming technology and can effectively avoid material waste.

6. More material choices

Most metal materials can be used in MIM. In consideration of economy, the main application materials include iron base, nickel base, low alloy, copper base, high-speed steel, stainless steel, gram valve alloy, hard alloy and titanium base metal.
